HOUSTON – Aug. 18, 2020 – Broad Reach Power, a rapidly growing energy storage independent power producer (IPP) based in Houston, has expanded their executive team with the addition of Sally Shaw as Executive Vice President of Legal & General Counsel.

In her role, Sally will advise the company on commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and human resources.
Prior to her role at Broad Reach Power, Sally served as Vice President and General Counsel at Jefferson Gulf Coast Energy Partners and as Managing Counsel with Calpine Corporation. Sally brings over 25 years of legal experience to Broad Reach, having served in legal roles in both public and private companies. Sally received her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and her B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.
